Order Modifications:
Please note that once your order has been shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it. However, you can modify the shipping address within 5-10 hours of your purchase. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds:
We offer a 40-day return policy for our customers from the day they receive their item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you wish to request a replacement or refund, please contact us at support@thevexter.com
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we guarantee to issue you a free replacement or refund. Please contact us at support@thevexter.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they are in the carrier's hands.
